Where is a good place to find information on government grants for first time home buyers in Wisconsin?

Looking for a site that easily helps with the search for government grants for first time home buyers.
Each state has programs for lower income home buyers. They don't have to be first timers, just make below the average income. Of course there are credit requirements to take advantage of the programs (the rule of thumb is that if you can qualify FHA you are good to go). These programs usually have downpayment assistance of at least $5,000. I provided the link for Wisconsin below.

Below is a website that contains a lot of information for Dane County assistance regarding first time home buyers. Programs are generally available by counties, so that is how you can find them. In addition, some cities have programs. Find out exactly where it is that you want to live and then contact the county and city offices for further information.

Good luck to you!
